Returns & Refunds Policy

At CHI ENERGY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used personal care items (e.g., skincare, wellness supplements).
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).

3. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate, at no additional cost.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake or fault on our part.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
